Are you going to San Francisco? Mobile World Congress Americas will be open from September 12th through the 14th at the Moscone Center in San Francisco. The MWCA will be the biggest mobile industry event in the Western hemisphere. Representatives from South, Central, and North America will all be in attendance. HiBoost is happy to announce we will be attending the first GSMA Mobile World Congress Americas in San Francisco this year.
The organizer of the MWCA is the GSMA in partnership with the CTIA. The GSMA is a trade body that represents the interests of the mobile industry globally. They have over 800 full members and around 300 members in industries tangent to the mobile industry who are associate members. The GSMA partnered with the CTIA (Cellular Telecommunications Industry Association) to bring this extension of the Mobile World Congress to North America. The event in San Francisco will be the first MWC Americas, replacing CTIA’s previous event, Super Mobility Week, that was started in 2014. The GSMA works on several initiatives, which you can read more about here. The CTIA advocates for similar goals in the United States, which you can learn more about. For more about the MWCA, check out their website for more information.
We are proud to be part of the MWCA this year. Come by our booth, S.361, meet our sales team and see our products. If you’d like to meet up with HiBoost, contact us and we’ll set up a meeting. Otherwise feel free to swing by our booth and say hi. Earlier this year in March we had an amazing time at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Spain. We can’t wait to see all the new exhibitions, conferences, talks, and tech that the telecommunications industry and its partners have to offer. See you in San Francisco!
